The Cultural Development Group was created to address the growing demands of the culturally sophisticated and diverse South Florida arts community at a time when governmental funding for the Arts is being drastically curtailed. CDG was created to fill a gap in the existing funding community and bring a cohesive element to the Cultural Community of South Florida.
