Explore the music of Brazil and its historical and political contexts with Latin Americanist Tracy Devine Guzmán, assistant professor in the University’s Department of Modern Languages and Literatures. Dr. Guzmán will discuss the evolving relationship between Brazilian music and nationalism with a multimedia presentation that includes a variety of musical genres.
